Prescription Collection
Service at Imaan Healthcare
Secure and straightforward Prescription Collection Service for you!
Managing medicines should be straightforward. With most NHS prescriptions now issued electronically, pharmacies play a central role in ensuring prescriptions are received, prepared, and supplied safely.
The Prescription Collection Service at Imaan Healthcare allows you to nominate one of our pharmacies to receive your NHS prescriptions directly, manage repeat prescriptions, and support collection by carers or family members, in line with NHS and GPhC guidance.
You can nominate us in person, through your GP surgery, or using the NHS App.

Undispensed electronic prescriptions remain valid on the NHS system until dispensed or expired (standard validity is up to 6 months in England, with exceptions for certain medicines).
